This notice explains what the Hira Taxi Service website collects and why. Hira Taxi Service, DDA Taxi Stand No. 1, Rajendra Place, Near Hotel Jaypee Siddharth, New Delhi 110008, is responsible for your information.

What you give us

• Cab search: your mobile number and trip details — pickup location, destination, journey date and any return date. A search is sent to Hira as an enquiry so that we can contact you about the journey.
• Booking request: also your name, exact pickup address, pickup time and the cab you chose.
• Calls, WhatsApp and email: if you contact us that way, we receive what you send through those services.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, confirm availability and the final fare, and arrange your trip.
• To recognise you as a returning customer when you enquire again.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored in Hira's enquiry system and a copy is emailed to Hira's office. Only Hira's owner can open the enquiry list.

Cookies

• The website uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are used. Your name, mobile number and trip details are not included. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
• Your current cab search is kept in your browser tab for up to 30 minutes so that the results page can show it. It is removed when you close the tab.
