At least 15 to 20 days for a normal date, and 30 days or more for peak wedding season between November and February. A destination wedding with 15 or 20 vehicles needs longer lead time than a single decorated car in Delhi.

At the destination. The decorated car travels up with the rest of the fleet and the floral work is done on site so it is fresh for the baraat, not twelve hours old after a long drive.

Yes, and this is the part most families underestimate. We take the guest list with arrival times and flight numbers, track each one, and run pickups against that schedule so nobody is left calling you from an airport during your own function.

Yes on multi-day bookings. Vehicles and drivers stay on site through mehndi, sangeet, wedding and reception rather than being re-booked each morning. Driver accommodation is arranged by us unless the venue provides it.
