Delhi to Ayodhya Taxi Tour — 4 Days / 3 Nights

680 km from Delhi • Uttar Pradesh • Complete 4-day itinerary

Ayodhya is 680 km from Delhi, reached on the Yamuna and Agra-Lucknow expressways and then the Lucknow-Ayodhya highway — a long day behind the wheel but almost entirely on good road. Since the Ram Janmabhoomi temple opened, the town has changed considerably: the approach roads are wider, the Ram Path runs straight to the complex, and the crowd management is organised around timed darshan. Beyond the main temple there is Hanuman Garhi on its mound of seventy-six steps, Kanak Bhawan with its gold-decorated idols, and the evening Saryu Aarti at Ram Ki Paidi, which has become the fixed point of most visits. We plan arrival for the afternoon so the first evening is free for the aarti and the temple queue comes fresh the next morning.
