Fare and kilometres
The fare is for the vehicle and not per passenger. It covers the kilometres listed for the package, measured garage to garage from our head office in Rajendra Place and back to it. Kilometres run beyond the package are charged at the per-km rate shown for the vehicle.
Parking charges are payable as per actual. A night charge of ₹400 applies if the vehicle is dropped after 11:00 PM on the final day.
Hotel accommodation, meals, monument and temple entry tickets, activity and adventure-sport tickets, and any local ride such as a helicopter, pony or palki are not part of the package.
Sightseeing and road conditions
Sightseeing is subject to the opening days and hours of each monument. We are not responsible if a monument, temple or park is closed on the day of your visit.
In some places the local taxi union does not allow outside vehicles for local sightseeing — in Ladakh, and for Rohtang Pass in Manali. There, the local sightseeing is done in a local taxi, paid separately.
Journey times may be affected by traffic, police or administrative restrictions, VIP movement, processions, strikes or road works, and we are not responsible for delays or itinerary changes caused by them.
In the event of a landslide, flood, heavy snowfall, earthquake or any other natural occurrence that closes a road or a monument, we are not responsible for the resulting delay, detour or cancellation. Any additional running or halt on that account is charged as per actual.
Quotations
Fares hold for the dates and itinerary quoted, and are revised if the dates, itinerary or vehicle change. Any revision in toll or state tax by the authorities applies as per actual.
Tempo Traveller and Urbania fares are quoted on request — please call the office for a quotation.
